LET THIS SINK IN
If you're reading this, you are an early adopter of new technology. According to one survey site, only 2.8% of American internet users own an NFT. What we discuss here won't reach the general public for years.

But with these amazing new opportunities comes higher risk, experimentation, ever changing rules, and a whole lot of scammers. Many experienced crypto & NFT traders emphasize to "do your own research," but with everything to sift through, the contradictions, the gray area, and the people trying to burn you, it's hard to know who and what to trust.

                                              BUT YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

do not subscribe to the notion that it's every person for themselves. If we are going to navigate this brand new world successfully and take advantage of this amazing opportunity, we will have to help each other learn and grow.

My goal is to create a community of Pixel Pups owners who are curious about the decentralized space, believe in the power of blockchain technology, and want to learn more about being on the front lines of the Blockchain Revolution. Together, we can create a place in which people are willing to share their ideas and experiences, as well as explore new possibilities.

Join the Pixel Pups family today and become part of the Revolution!

FAQ

What is Pixel Pups?
Pixel Pups is a growing collection of unique NFTs intended to bring together those interested in expanding and sharing their knowledge of the decentralized space, discuss the possibilities, and exchange ideas.

Where can I get mine?
Pixel Pups are available through the Pixel Pups! Collection on OpenSea, which you can find here. You can also click directly on individual Pups through the Gallery.

What are NFTs?
NFT stands for "non-fungible token," and it is the first true form of verifiable digital ownership. "Non-fungible" means that the token is not perfectly interchangeable with another of its kind, unlike cryptocurrency, which is known as a "fungible" token (i.e. 1 BTC is exactly equal to any other 1 BTC). Blockchain technology holds the token, which can be thought of as a unique digital asset.

For more information on NFTs, visit the OpenSea FAQ page.

But can't I just right-click and save the image?
Yes, you can! And you would have the image, but you wouldn't own the token, which is the verifiable digital asset. Many NFTs today have significant utility to their holders beyond the image itself, from which only verified owners can benefit.

Do you have a Roadmap like BAYC or Veefriends?
We did start with one, but as our intensions for the project evolved, our "roadmap" became a simple, straight-line path: build a community centered around self-education, share knowledge to improve each of our experiences in the space, and take advantage of the amazing opportunities the blockchain offers.

Who created Pixel Pups?
My name is Pete, and I originally created Pixel Pups as a way to get to know the NFT space and learn some coding on the side. Now, I want to build a community around it where people share their knowledge and experience to further all our understanding of the decentralized space. You can find more here as well as on the Pixel Pups Instagram.
